Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

After dispatch, orders are generally delivered within 4–8 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier availability.

4. Product Availability & Colour Selection

We make every effort to dispatch the colour selected by the customer. However, a particular colour may occasionally become unavailable due to stock limitations.

In such cases, QuipDa reserves the right to dispatch another available colour of the same product. Orders will not be cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or returned solely because the selected colour was unavailable.

5. Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, please contact our customer support team.

We will check the shipment status with the courier and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Once your order is dispatched, you can track its progress using the tracking details provided by QuipDa or our shipping partner.
